Function and specialization	Mr Sukumar Nainan Oommen is a Senior Partner in Omega Alliance Advocates & Solicitors. He has served as Member of Tax Tribunal and also as Chairman and Managing Director of a Public-Sector Fertilizer Company under the Government of India. He brings experience and expertise in Constitutional Law, Corporate Law, Taxation, Mercantile law, Arbitration, Labour Laws, and Intellectual Property.
Professional and industry experience	A gold medalist in Masters’ Degree in Political Science and a Graduate in Law from Madras University. Mr Oommen joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1973. He has served the State Governments of Manipur and Tripura as Collector, Director of Industries, Commissioner (Taxes), Member VAT (Tribunal), and Principal Secretary to the Governments in the Departments of Revenue, Agriculture, Health, Planning and Transport. He has also served the Government of Kerala in various capacities as Principal Secretary – Health and Energy Sector and as the Chairman of Kerala State Electricity Board. Besides these, he has served the Government of India as Deputy Chairman, Port Trust, Controller, Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre and Chairman and Managing Director, Madras Fertilizers Limited, a Public Sector Unit under the Government of India with Iranian participation. He is now a practicing Advocate in Kerala High Court with specialization in Direct and Indirect Taxes, Corporate Law, Constitutional Law, Labor Laws, Intellectual Property, Mercantile Law and Arbitration. He is an advisor to a number of business houses, industries, hospitals and educational institutions.

Function and specialization	Sherry heads the Tax, Corporate Law and Mercantile Law services of the Firm and specializes in advising clients with respect to direct and indirect taxes , international tax, corporate and mercantile law, complex cross-border transactions and restructuring, expatriate taxation, transfer pricing and other transactional related taxes.
Professional and industry experience	Sherry Samuel Oommen is a tax, corporate and mercantile law specialist working in various capacities with some of the key players around the globe, from an Indian cum international tax, corporate law, and regulatory standpoint across various industry verticals. He was until April 2013 heading the tax and regulatory services practice of a leading Big 4 Accounting Firm in Kerala. Over more than a decade with the Big 5 Accounting Firms, which started with Arthur Andersen, Sherry has had varied exposure in consulting and compliance areas under corporate tax, foreign investment, exchange control, corporate and other laws for a mix of Indian and multinational clients He has hands-on experience in a multitude of fiscal and regulatory issues, cross border transactions, transfer pricing, expatriate taxation and corporate restructuring. His experience that extends to various industries including the Energy, Infrastructure, Chemicals and Utilities, Media, Financial Services, Health care, Consumer and Industrial Markets, Information Technology and Manufacturing/ Trading industries, Transportation and Logistics, etc. Apart from the above professional achievements, he is a resource person on corporate laws, direct and indirect tax matters and plays an active role in the professional front on emerging trends with some of the leading management institutions and other professional bodies. He is also a regular contributor of articles for some of the leading business dailies, and the publications of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Qualification	BA;LLB (Hons.) from National Law University, Visakhapatnam. Gold Medal in Law of Contracts and Torts. Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) from World Intellectual Property Organization.
Function and specialization	Praveen Nair advises clients on Corporate /Tax aspects of commercial transactions, but specifically specializes in Mergers, Acquisitions, structuring Foreign Direct Investments, and Joint Ventures.
Professional and industry experience	Mr. Nair having admitted to BAR in 2014 had appeared before Judicial and Quasi judicial authorities in numerous Tax and IPR related issues. Mr. Nair had previously worked in a Tier-2 law firm based in New Delhi and had extensively dealt with prosecution of Trademarks and Patents, IPR assignments, due-diligence and litigation. Mr. Nair being the convener of the literary society in law school has penned numerous articles in the law school journal.

Function and specialization	Nemish has a keen interest in providing Litigation services to the clients of Nash. Nemish has gained relevant exposure in providing Litigation & Dispute Resolution services to various entities.
Professional and industry experience	Prior to Nash, Nemish was associated with the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team with a leading dispute resolution firm based out in Kochi. During his previous stint, Nemish regularly appeared before the High Court of Kerala and various regional Courts. Nemish graduated with full honors in Intellectual Property law from the Institute of Law, Nirma University, a passion which he developed for after a month long internship stint with a leading boutique IPR firm based out in Chennai. At Nash, Nemish was involved, along with a Partner of the firm, in representing a leading builder before various forums including the High Court of Kerala. Nemish provides dispute resolution services, consultancy services to industries catering to the Real Estate sector, hospitality sector and the Entertainment sector on various facets of Tax laws (Direct and Indirect).
